The transition
From corporate track to a more deliberate chapter
For more than two decades I worked in large multinational organisations – starting as a marketing and sales trainee and eventually becoming General Manager and Strategy Director across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Greece.
I learned how to lead through uncertainty, navigate regulation and deliver results with diverse teams. Over time, my leadership shifted from purely directive to a mix of clarity, care and systems thinking.
In 2025 my wife and I chose a different rhythm. We moved to the Athens Riviera with our two young children and created space to build AIONALPHA, design Athens Riviera Retreats and be more present as a family.
